YOUNG.Campus is the education platform of the group: a six-month residential programme inside The YOUNG House in Rijswijk, a working hotel with a restaurant, a coffee bar and real guests every day. You are not visiting a school that talks about hospitality. You live in the building where it runs.

What the six months look like

Six months, one building

  1. 01

    Live on campus

    Accommodation inside The YOUNG House, alongside the rest of your cohort and the team that runs the hotel.

  2. 02

    Rotate through the operation

    Front office, housekeeping, the Learning Restaurant, YOUNG.Coffee, operations and business support, with a mentor in each.

  3. 03

    Learn the commercial side

    Revenue, purchasing, reviews and reporting, the parts of hospitality that most programmes leave out.

  4. 04

    Finish with somewhere to go

    The campus is the starting point for many careers across the group, in the hotels, the coffee platform and the restaurants.
