YOUNG.House
Not a brand.A house.
Several of the names above share one address. The YOUNG House in Rijswijk is a working building with real guests every day: the Learning Hotel upstairs, the Learning Restaurant and a YOUNG.Coffee counter downstairs, and YOUNG.Campus living in the middle of it, so the people learning the work are in the building while the work is happening.
The Lake Tiny Houses at the Kaag lakes belong to the same house, a 25-minute drive away.
Franchise
Four formats,built to be repeated
Runners, Bitterkoud, LOF and YOUNG.Coffee are the formats we are preparing for franchise. Each one is proven in The Hague, built on the central production kitchen and the shared systems behind it, and designed to open again somewhere else without losing what makes it work.
None of them is franchised yet. We are looking for the operators who will run the first.
