Een echte restaurantomgeving waar gasten kunnen genieten van een kwaliteitservaring terwijl toekomstig horecatalent zich ontwikkelt door middel van hands-on werk, echte normen en dagelijkse werkzaamheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is geen klassikaal concept. Het is een live hospitality omgeving gebouwd rond leren door oefening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Van service en bediening tot keukenritme, gastervaring en leiderschapsontwikkeling, het lerende restaurant is ontworpen om de volgende generatie horecaprofessionals op te leiden op de manier die volgens ons het beste werkt: in echte bedrijven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toekomstige obers, floormanagers, supervisors, operationele leiders en horecatalenten krijgen de kans om te groeien in een omgeving waar verwachtingen re\u00ebel zijn en normen belangrijk zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tegelijkertijd zullen gasten gewoon ervaren wat het belangrijkst is: lekker eten, warme service en een plek die gastvrij aanvoelt. Die balans is wat het concept krachtig maakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het YOUNG Learning Restaurant maakt deel uit van het bredere YOUNG Learning Hotel in Rijswijk en transformeert een bestaand onderdeel van YOUNG in een langetermijnplatform voor talentontwikkeling binnen de hele groep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er wordt momenteel gerenoveerd en we kijken ernaar uit om binnenkort de deuren te openen.
